Kirk Dewell
Director, Design Manager & Project Engineer
A respected engineer with a passion for delivering large-scale controls and automation solutions, Kirk has gained a great deal of experience managing teams in challenging and fast-paced environments. He is committed to ensuring that each stage of a project is meticulously planned and delivered, and that delivery never comes at the expense of attention to detail. Kirk gained his experience working in the aviation sector, initially as an apprentice before progressing to management and project design and delivery at Gatwick Airport and KDL Automation.
Tom Sharp
Director & Project Manager
Tom began his career at BAE Systems where he was an electrical design engineer working on civil and military aviation equipment and fluid control systems. He later managed a design team responsible for the delivery of security and covert recording equipment at Petards and spent time as an Airport Lead Engineer at Heathrow. He spent a decade at Gatwick where he successfully delivered large scale baggage, controls and automation projects, all in live operational environments where his relentless perfectionism and drive to see projects to completion proved invaluable.
Adrian Hyder
Director, Design/Integration Manager & Project Engineer
An esteemed Engineer having over 25 years operational front line experience with an extensive track record in technical & operational integration of complex automation, controls & IT projects into the live environment. Adrian has designed and delivered in-house projects through to fulfilling lead Programme Designer & Technical Lead responsibilities on multi-disciplinary projects. Adrian has engaged at all levels with the full supply chain on major projects ensuring clear concise communications and an ability to champion new innovative approaches so as to maintain project programme whilst protecting the live environment.
Andy Cluer
Director, Project Management, Planning & Controls Engineer
A well-rounded and experienced Project Management, Planning and Project Controls Engineer with demonstrable success in delivering complex projects in Rail, Aviation & Construction. Programme, cost and quality focussed, with excellent interface/integration management skills (bringing people together, creating vision, common goals and following). Significant experience in Project Delivery through RIBA phases 3/4/5/6, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Commissioning in Rail and Aviation, NEC Contracts and cost/value efficiency utilising earned value. Key Strengths include: developing complex multidiscipline delivery programmes to fixed deadlines and managing works to successfully achieve the project requirements budget, programme and quality.
Keith Strain
Director, Senior Construction Manager
Security-cleared, highly skilled, and solutions-focused with over 30 year’s experience leading civils infrastructure/ build/ refurbishment / projects valued up to £150M, as well as works in airports and surrounding areas, along with car parks and offices. Projects also carried out with HM Border Force/ Special Branch/ Government bodies/ British Airports Authority (BAA). Expertise in NEC (New Engineering Contract) and JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal). Skilled in demolition and facade retention works. Evident aptitude and performance resulted in promotion to project control roles of increasingly complex construction works
